Event Policies and General Information

E-MAIL: Please be sure to include your e-mail address when registering to ensure that you are on the Events distribution list. All of our communication is by e-mail – registration confirmations, tee times, greens fee information, etc.
EVENT
REGISTRATION: Register at least 10 days in advance for each
event. Your registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by
full payment. Entry into Events is on a first come first serve
basis. Online registration payments via Visa or Mastercard are processed at time
of registration.

How to register for an event (choose your most convenient option):
CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
Refunds will be
processed for any cancellations up to 10 days prior to the
event. An administrative fee of $15.00 will be charged for
these cancellations. We regret that a refund cannot be
offered after the cancellation deadline of 10 days prior to the
event. Substitutions will be permitted as an option to
refunding.
TEE TIMES:
We request that you check in at the registration desk one-half hour
prior to your tee-time and that all golfers be at the first tee 10
minutes prior their scheduled tee-off. You will also receive last
minute instructions and special course rules at this time from the
starter. Please be considerate of your fellow golfers.
If you have a specific tee-time request, please indicate so when
registering. Please note that due to the number of requests, not all
requests can be accommodated.
PACE OF PLAY: Always be conscious of pace of play, as there will be other non-EWGA golfers on the courses, both before and after our events.
