Meet-the-Member Events ( MTM )

Each of our member’s courses will have a Meet the Member event. This is the opportunity to meet other members, bring a guest out, and network. Below is our schedule of the MTM events. Check the website, and Newsflash for detail, date changes, on all MTM’s .

Our Membership Chair will arrange the tee times, so please email using the MTM course name in the subject line. To expedite the process, pls email each event separately. Do not list all the events in one  email. 

  • Email the membership chair membership@ewg.on.ca  using MTM course name in the subject line

  • You can request early or late times, and will try to accommodate

  • You can request one other member to play with. This way we will try to make sure everyone meets new members and guests.

  •  You need to pay the course directly when you arrive

  •  Arrive 15 minutes before your tee time, to meet other members and guest and to learn about any special contests etc happening

  • Watch for the email providing your tee time and the names of the other members of your foursome.

  • Stay after your round, to meet the ladies, share stories,  participate in draws and win prizes.

June 21 – Wyldewood Golf and Country Club - 4:00pm

June 27 – Glen Cedars – 7:52am

July 8 –  Richmond Hill –  4:30pm
